The TV Screen is Not Updating

What to do if calls do not appear or if the screen seems frozen.

Normally, a call appears on the TV in less than a second. If the display does not update, follow these steps.

Check the Internet Connection

The screen requires an internet connection. Verify that the TV is properly connected to the network. In the event of a disconnection, Call Orders automatically switches to recovery mode and reconnects as soon as possible.

Verify the Correct TV Code

Make sure the screen is using the correct TV code. If you have regenerated the code, the old link will no longer work: enter the new code.

Refresh the Display

  • On a browser: reload the TV page.
  • On the Android TV app: close and reopen the application.
