Voice is not playing on the TV

Troubleshoot voice announcement issues on the TV screen.

If the numbers are displayed but you cannot hear the voice, here are the checks to perform.

Allow sound (browser)

Browsers block sound until an interaction has occurred. When the TV page is first displayed, tap the screen (or click) once: a “Tap to start” message appears for this purpose. The sound will then work normally.

Check the volume

Make sure the TV volume is not muted and that the displayed source is indeed the Call Orders page.

In the Android TV app, sound is allowed automatically. If you cannot hear anything, check the TV volume and restart the app.

Test by replaying

Trigger a call, then use “Replay” from the dashboard: this re-emits the announcement and allows you to check the sound.
