The TV is not announcing anything out loud

In a browser

The browser blocks sound until the page is interacted with. The screen first displays “Press to start”: tap it once with the remote control to allow sound.

The Call Orders TV app does not require this step.

If it is still silent

• Check the volume on the television and make sure it is not muted.
• Make a test call from the Calls page.
• Check the selected voice in Settings, under the “Announcement voice” card.

No television? On the Calls page, the sound icon, “Sound on this device”, has your tablet or phone announce the numbers.
