Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Call Orders application, a queue number display and calling service for establishments open to the public.

2. Access to the Service

Access requires the creation of an establishment account and an active subscription. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Use

The user agrees to use the service in compliance with the law and not to disrupt its operation. The displayed content (numbers, messages) is the user’s sole responsibility.

4. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We strive to ensure maximum availability without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

The application, its trademark, and its code remain the property of the publisher. Imported logos remain the property of the establishment.

6. Termination

The account can be terminated at any time from the subscription area. The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a breach.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
