Manage your subscription
Free trial, monthly subscription or one-time payment, and the end of the trial.
Your subscription is managed in Account, “Subscription” section, “Manage subscription” button.
Free trial
7 days, all features unlocked, no credit card required. You are notified by email two days before it ends.
Plans
A single, all-inclusive plan, billed monthly or as a one-time payment. Prices are available on the Pricing page.
From the iPhone app, the subscription is paid through the App Store.
At the end of the trial
If no plan is chosen, the TV screen and calls stop, and the TV displays “Display suspended”. Nothing is deleted: your settings, your menu, and your customers are waiting for you, and everything resumes as soon as you choose a plan.
