Options, set menus, hours and kitchen stations

Options

Sauces, meat temperatures, add-ons, “no onions”: create an option group once (“New option group”), then attach it to all relevant dishes.

Set menus

A fixed-price set menu lets customers build their meal in steps: a starter, a main, a dessert.

Hours

“Menu hours” make a menu appear only at certain times: a lunch menu that only appears at lunchtime. A dish can also have its own rule, using “Add a time rule”.

Kitchen stations

In Menu, under the “Kitchen stations” section, create your stations: grill, fryer, bar. On the kitchen screen, each station then only sees its own dishes. See The kitchen screen.
