Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security: in addition to your password, a temporary code generated by an app is required when logging in.

Before you begin

Install an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator.

Enable 2FA

1. Open the Account page, security section.
2. Start the two-factor authentication setup: a QR code will be displayed.
3. Scan this QR code with your authenticator app.
4. Enter the 6-digit code displayed by the app to confirm.

From now on, a code will be required at every login.

Disable 2FA

From the same section, start the deactivation process and enter a valid code to confirm.

Important

Maintain access to your authenticator app. If you lose your phone, contact support to regain access.
