What to do if you can no longer log in to your Call Orders account.

Can’t log in because you forgot your password? Here is what you need to do.

If you signed up with Google

Simply use the “Continue with Google” button on the login page: no Call Orders password is required.

If you use an email and password

Contact our support team from the Support page, specifying your account email. We will help you regain access securely as quickly as possible.

Self-service password reset via email (receiving a reset link directly) will be available soon. In the meantime, our support team will handle your request manually and promptly.

Good to know

To avoid this inconvenience in the future, you can enable two-factor authentication and save your password in a password manager.
