Replay, close a call, and view history
Manage ongoing calls and access the complete history.
Once a number has been called, you remain in control.
Replay a call
If a customer didn’t hear, the “Replay” button re-announces the number on the TV with the same voice. You can replay it as many times as needed.
Close a call
“Close” removes the call from the TV screen. Use it once the customer has arrived to keep the display clear.
History
The History tab lists all past calls, sorted from newest to oldest, showing the number, any optional message, and the time. Convenient for tracking the day’s activity.
