Recall, close a call and view history
Announce a number again, remove it from the screen, review past calls.
Active calls
Under the call button, the “Active calls” list keeps the numbers displayed on the screen.
- The speaker announces the number again, for a customer who did not hear.
- The check mark removes the number from the screen when the customer is served.
Beyond six active calls, the oldest ones are removed automatically.
History
The History page (on a phone: More, then History) lists all called numbers, along with their time.
