Configure your establishment

These settings are configured once, in Settings, in the Establishment card. Every change is saved immediately.

• The name: the one your customers see on the TV.
• The logo, in PNG or JPG: it appears on the TV, the online menu, and the receipt.
• The establishment type.
• The country: it sets the currency and standard VAT rate. Until it is selected, the euro is used.
• The number prefix, the word that comes before it on screen and in the announcement: Order, Customer, Counter, Room, Table, Patient, or none. “Custom…” lets you write your own, for example Ticket.

App appearance

Dark or Light: the app appearance on your devices. The TV screen keeps its own style. On phones, the choice is also in the top-right menu.
