Your team: one profile and one code per person

A single sign-in address for the establishment; behind it, one profile per person. That way you know who took what payment.

Add a profile

1. With the administrator profile, open Team (on mobile: More, then Team).
2. Add a first name, a role and a four-digit code that the person will keep to themselves.

Roles

• Administrator: everything, including the sales log, the menu, settings, subscription and team.
• Register: take orders, take payments, call and view customers.
• Kitchen: orders to prepare, and nothing else.

Take over

On each device, the “Who is taking over?” screen asks who is working: tap your first name and enter your code. At the end of your shift, “Switch profile” hands over to the next person.
