Choosing and changing the announcement voice
Premium or browser voices, in your establishment's language.
With every call, Call Orders announces the number out loud. You choose the voice used.
Voice types
- Browser voice: free, generated by the device displaying the TV.
- Premium voice: high-quality, natural text-to-speech voices in your establishment’s language.
Changing the voice
- Open the Establishment Settings.
- In the voice grid, listen to the available voices using the preview button.
- Select the one you prefer and save.
The selected voice is now used on all your screens.
Announcement order
If you add a prefix to the call (for example, “customer”), the announcement places it before the number: “Customer, number 17”. Without a prefix, it says “Number 17, please come forward”.
