Enable takeout (click and collect)
Hours, slots, prep time: you decide when and how many.
Your customers order remotely, choose their pickup time, and come pick up their order.
Enable
In Settings, on the “Click and collect” card, turn on the toggle.
Your hours
“Pickup hours”: one or more time windows per day, set for multiple days at once with “Add a time slot”.
Your slots
- The duration of a slot.
- The number of orders per slot.
- The prep time.
- How long an order is held after the scheduled time.
- How many days in advance customers can order.
Payment and instructions
With “Pay on pickup”, the customer can pay upon arrival; otherwise they pay online when ordering. The “Pickup instructions” is a note for them: “At the counter, to the right as you enter”.

During service
Overwhelmed? From the Register, “Pause” stops takeout orders for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, or until closing. “+ 15 min” adds extra time; “Remove delay” takes it off.
