From order to pickup

The customer chooses their time, you prepare on schedule, they show their code at the counter.

  1. The customer opens your click and collect link or QR code, chooses the day, then an open time slot. Full time slots are not shown.
  2. They pay online, or at the counter if you allowed it.
  3. The order waits in the “Upcoming” tab of the register, then moves to the kitchen on schedule, factoring in preparation time. “Prepare now” sends it earlier.
  4. At the counter, they show their code: open “Pickup code”, scan their QR code or enter their four digits, and the order is handed over.
