The dashboard at a glance

Everything starts from the dashboard, at dashboard.call-orders.com.

On computer and tablet

The menu is on the left:

• Calls: call a number and view active calls.
• Payments: the register, order queue, and sales log.
• Menu: your menu, dishes, and their options.
• Kitchen screen: orders to prepare.
• TV screen: your TV code and link.
• Customers: your customers and promotions.
• History: all past calls.
• Settings: establishment, voice, TV screen, QR code, printers, payment, click and collect, and loyalty.

Menu and Kitchen screen appear when ordering is enabled for your establishment.

On phone

The bottom bar gives Calls, Customers, Register, and Settings. The More button opens the rest: TV screen, History, Menu, Account, Team, and Sign out.

At the top right, a menu gives access to account settings, switching profiles, and dark or light appearance.

Everyone sees what applies to them

If your team has multiple profiles, each person only sees the pages for their role: the kitchen, for example, does not see calls or settings. See Your team.
