Your customers and notification promotions

Every customer who scans your QR code or orders from you joins your list.

The list

In Customers, the “Customers” tab shows your customers, their visits and their loyalty balance.

Send a promotion

1. Open the “Notifications” tab.
2. In “Send a promotion”, write a short title, for example “-20% tonight!”, and a message if needed.
3. Tap “Send to my customers”: the notification arrives on their phone.

One promotion per day maximum, so as not to overwhelm them. “Promotions history” keeps those already sent.
