Create your loyalty card

Each customer’s card lives on their phone: they have nothing to lose or forget. It is created in Settings, in the Loyalty section.

1. The method: stamp card, points per visit, or points per euro spent.
2. The earnings: what each order earns, the minimum order amount to earn, and an optional gift on the first order.
3. The rewards: a free dessert, drink, or meal, and how many stamps or points are required.
4. The card name, for example “Bucky Card”: this is what your customers see on their phone.
5. Check the “What the customer sees” preview, then tap “Save loyalty”.

You can change the program at any time. Points already earned by your customers are kept.
