Open Payments (on phone: Register), tab “Payment”.
- Tap dishes: each one is added to the cart. If a dish has options, a window prompts you for them, with a “Kitchen note”: cooking preference, allergy, details.
- Choose “Dine-in” or “Takeout”.
- The order number is assigned automatically and resets to 1 each service day. You can replace it with a name or reference.
- Collect payment right away, or choose “Pay later”: the order is sent to the kitchen. On phone, the button is called “Send to kitchen”.
A customer in a rush arrives
“Put on hold and take next order” saves the current cart. You can resume it afterward.
If the internet cuts out
The register keeps taking orders and payments. They are sent as soon as the connection returns, with no duplicates.
