Play videos on the TV screen

Your TV screen can play any video during periods with no calls: promotions, menu, business presentation, news… As soon as a number is called, the video stops automatically to show the call and play the announcement.

Add your videos

1. Open Settings, then the TV screen editor (“Customize”).
2. In the Videos section, upload your files.
3. You can add up to 4 videos, in MP4 or WebM format, up to 100 MB each.

Set the idle delay

Choose how long without a call before the videos start: from 2 minutes to 1 hour. During that quiet time, your videos play in a loop, full screen.

During service

• The video plays muted, so it doesn’t disturb the voice announcements.
• When a call comes in, the video disappears immediately: the number is shown and the announcement plays.
• Once things are quiet again, playback resumes automatically.

Like the rest of the customization, your videos are saved and applied to every screen of your business.
